At Paynes Gray, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-returnable and require original packaging for processing.

Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack with Care

Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging and shipping boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

Ship Your Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
