The pattern on the Ebba Rectangular Mirror is fascinating given it is achieved in layers. The exterior and interior wood elements are fastened to the piece and then a pattern of horn is inset into them. Once the pieces of natural material are put in place, the horn is accentuated with a decorative motif before it is chiseled to create an incredible texture. This requires a tremendous amount of handwork, particularly because the pattern is book-matched. There are two cleats so this rectangular decorative mirror can be hung vertically or horizontally.
